Returns
We are a small, family operated business, and cannot offer refunds/exchanges at this time although we hope to be able to in the future. We are so SINCERELY thankful for your understanding.

We know that skincare is personal, and each person's skin can react differently to plant and herbal based products. If your products aren't working like you know they should, we highly suggest allowing your skin some time to adjust. That time can be a minimum of two weeks to possibly a month. It's normal, it happens. It's like a detox phase for your skin known as "Purging"..

Our products are also made with things like lavender, avocado oil, coconut oil, jojoba oil, castor oil, tea tree, chamomile, etc., Please be aware of your own allergies and read the ingredients in our products before purchasing so that you don't have an unnecessary bad experience with us.

Damages
In the event that your item/s arrived damaged, please email us with 5-6 images of the damaged goods at gracefulglowandco@yahoo.com and we will do our best to assist with the issue. Once this has been resolved, it can take between 5-7 business days to be shipped to you.​
Shipping
We ship with USPS. Please allow between 5-7 business days for your order to be processed, not including the day your order was placed. We ship all week, excluding weekends and holidays. We do not guarantee shipping time. We are not responsible for any lost time during unforeseen circumstances, i.e., such as power outages, natural disasters, or closures of the postal service.
Graceful Glow & Co., is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is lost (or you received an email stating it had been delivered, yet you did not receive it) please contact your local post office.
If your order is returned as undeliverable a store credit (minus shipping) will be given and your order will be canceled. If you want your order reshipped, you are responsible for shipping no matter what the total price of the order was.
